About Me

As a creative, disciplined, and hard-working person I have committed myself to a ‘improvise, adapt, overcome’ approach to life. An iterative process that has ensured progression in all meaningful aspects of my life. In addition to the creation of my personal business projects, I apply these guiding principles to my professional positions as well.

In my Event Sales and Marketing Associate position for Coding 1530 and Matt & Steve’s Tasty Beverage Co at the RBC Open and Nation Bank Open, I worked closely with respective brand founders and executives to learn and integrate marketing techniques into my responsibilities to elevate the brand’s presence and drive sales. One example is my application of the Rule of 7 principle when strategically designing product displays and incorporating brand touch points in customer interactions, ensuring consistently meaningful brand experiences that influence consumer behaviour beyond the event. Due to my effective integration of marketing techniques through exceptional interpersonal skills, I was recognized by brand executives for my contribution in achieving one of the highest selling events to date.

I currently attend McGill University majoring in Cognitive Science with a Neuroscience concentration, complemented by a minor in Economics. My Cognitive Science major involves the study of understanding consumer behaviour and effective communication strategies, allowing for the creation of scientifically informed marketing campaigns and engaging sales pitches. Specifically, my Neuroscience concentration deals with the emotional intricacies of decision-making, ultimately, contributing to my ability to curate emotionally resonant marketing content and apply psychological principles in sales scenarios. Additionally, my Economics minor teaches a solid foundation for market analysis, financial literacy, and strategic decision-making.
